Ordering Tips:

*For quotes, please provide an electronic file drawing, sketch, or photo with sizes and wood types.

Normally, we will respond with a quote within one business day.

• A $40.00 minimum order is needed.  Lead time may vary for custom work, Please allow several weeks for large quanity orders.

Stock items are normally ready for shipping by the next business day.
 
• Place orders by fax, email, phone or in writing.  

Business hours:  9am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Closed from Thanksgiving day through the following week each year in addition to all major holidays.

Ordering Tips:

We recommend purchasing enough material for your entire project when placing an order.

We cannot guarantee inlay or wood lines will match from one order to the next, due to the availability of woods. 
Tones and colors may vary.  We produce each order from the same batch of wood.
   
Shipping

• Shipping and packing fees are not included in the quote and will be reflected on your final invoice. 

 Oversized orders may require a crate. 
The crate fee starts at a minimum of $80.00.

• E L Henson Inlay and Design will not be held responsible for uninsured returns.

We will ship your package insured at your expense using FedEx Ground or Priority Mail unless you request otherwise.

Payments
 
• We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, checks and money orders. Now offering Pay-Pal

  Please make your checks payable to E L Henson Inlay and Design.  A 6% sales tax will be added to WV sales.
• If an item is temporarily out of stock we will place the item on back order and notify you of an estimated ship date.

Prices and stock items are subject to change at our discretion.

• Custom orders require a 50% deposit.  Balance is due at time of shipping.

All Stock items must be prepaid.

• Returned items require a 15% restocking fee. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us ASAP with details of your concerns. We will replace the items to your satitfaction ASAP.

E L Henson Inlay and Design will not be held responsible for the loss of a customer’s time or materials in the event of failure once our product is installed. Please use our Inlayed Tips page for proper installation. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives, we grant 10 buisness days for returns. Once our product is installed returns are voided.

We offer quanity break savings on custom orders by request.
